Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

Plans change, that’s life! To cancel your 1:1 session, please follow these guidelines:

• All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time

• Cancellations must be confirmed by emailing us directly at info@inner-ether.com

• Please include your full name, session date, and time in your cancellation request. You will receive a credit to use within 1 calendar year. Sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling your 1:1 session is simple:

• Click the “reschedule” button in your email confirmation and select a new time

• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the initial scheduled time

• You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your session is rescheduled

Group Sessions

Cancellation & rescheduling for in-person group sessions at third party studios must be done through the studio directly. Please contact the studio for their specific cancellation and rescheduling policies.
